Sr.Title Examiner - US Remote- Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Title Examiner with 5+ years of title examination experience with Residential Lot/Block properties. The ideal candidate will perform thorough title searches, review title documents, and prepare commitments. Texas experience is required, and multi-state expertise is valued.
Our Title Group is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving consumers, real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct a thorough search of the public records and conduct a complete examination to assess property’s status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and Underwriter’s policies and procedures.
