What you’ll do:
Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences.
Provide leadership and direction to the Produce team to ensure a highly productive atmosphere.Assist Produce Manager in directing and overseeing the Produce team in inventory management, product displays and housekeeping.Assist Produce Manager with performance management for the Produce department.Assist Produce Manager with sales and margin targets.Be actively out on the sales floor leading by example and supporting team workflow.Ensure department standards are met for freshness, quality, cleanliness, food safety, and visual presentation.Assist with administrative tasks for the Produce department.Ensure safe work practices are followed and support all safety initiatives.Work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotatio...
