Staff Accountant

EndSolution Communications is looking for a staff accountant to join our team in our Chandler, AZ office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join our Business Operations team.

This role is responsible for supporting the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support.

Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and other month-end close adjustments.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policy.
