Staff Accountant [Santa Ana]

Iteris is seeking a Staff Accountant to be an integral part of the accounting team. Reporting to the Manager of General Accounting, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and month-end close process, including journal entries, general account reconciliations, flux analysis, and accruals.



In office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays.



What you will be doing:




+ Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of journal entries, accruals, expense allocations and account reconciliations

+ Partner with legal, finance, sales operations, and other cross-functional teams on accruals and other accounting-related matters

+ Prepare and review month-end flux analysis

+ Process fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals and other transactions in Oracle

+ Create and review Oracle accounting processes on a weekly basis
