These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission‑critical decisions across the enterprise.

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will lead the technical direction of our Scala + Python data and agent infrastructure. You’ll own long‑term architecture across multiple systems and scale both existing and greenfield services to keep our data fresh, our APIs fast, and customer workflows moving. This is a role for someone who wants to set the bar for technical excellence, mentor other engineers, and take responsibility for hard distributed systems problems with minimal safety nets and a small, senior team.
