The Team
Part of Engineering Enablement in Engineering Platforms, the Developer Experience team exists to unlock the full potential of every engineer at SEEK. We craft tools, systems and experiences that aim to reduce friction across the delivery journey, so teams can move from idea to production faster, learn sooner, and focus more on delivering value.
We're looking for someone with:
- A product mindset for internal tools, you treat internal platforms like consumer products, prioritising internal developer experience and validating solutions with fellow engineers;
- Empathy-driven problem solving, you're genuinely bothered by engineering friction and tedious tasks, and you naturally look for ways to fix pain points you see others experiencing;
