Job Summary
The Staff Instructor conducts training with the basic law enforcement cadets. The training ranges from classroom instruction to practical skills training at offsite facilities. The Staff Instructor travels throughout the state conducting basic and continuing education classes for law enforcement agencies. This training requirement is set forth by the Mississippi Board of Standards and Training. The Staff Instructor ensures training maintains compliance with all Mississippi Board of Law Enforcement Standards and Training guidelines.
