Staff Nurse (AU)

An Anaesthesia Nurse, often referred to as a Nurse Anaesthetist or Certified Registered Nurse Anaesthetist, plays a critical role in the administration of anaesthesia and the overall care of patients undergoing surgical procedures ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide professional nursing care by advocating for the patients Assist the Assistant Nurse Clinician/Nurse Clinician/Nurse Manager in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients care pre, intra and post-operative phase. Assist the Assistant Nurse clinician/Nurse Clinician/Manager/HOD to develop unit audits in line with Operating Theatre and Endoscopy policies and practices. Assist to develop and support staff in all Quality Assurance matters affecting the department.
