Responsibilities Be familiar with and practice within all policies, procedures and standards set out by the hospital. Completing nursing assessment care plan and other relevant documentationReport verbally and in writing, pertinent patient care information to appropriate nursing/medical staff and other clinical staff. Liaise with and co-operate with other departments as required and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
