Staff Nurse (Renal - Windsor Haemodialysis Unit)

Responsibilities

• Undertake and record a comprehensive nursing assessment and planning for patients.
• Deliver high‑standard, evidence‑based nursing care without direct supervision, and be accountable for the care provided and any omissions.
• Teach and supervise junior staff, students, and the non‑registered nursing workforce.
• Act as a role model, delivering care with empathy and compassion as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Benefits

The position is based at Windsor Dialysis Unit, Old Ambulance Station, 1 Maidenhead Road, Windsor, SL4 5EY. Fringe payment of 5% of gross basic salary is offered. The unit operates Monday to Saturday with no night duty.
