Staff Product Designer - Travel

What You’ll Do

• Own the Flights experience end to end, shaping what’s worth solving and bringing the team along.
• Lead strategic conversations across the triad and with leadership, defining direction and scope.
• Partner with product managers and engineering from scope setting onward, driving execution with craft and speed.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand customer problems, translating insights into clear, intuitive experiences that reduce complexity and guide users toward confident outcomes.
• Bridge user needs and business goals, ensuring design has a clear voice in shaping what gets built and why.
• Prototype rapidly with tools such as Claude and Cursor to explore interaction patterns early, accelerate decision‑making, and shorten the path from idea to shipped product.
