- Define Strategy: Set the strategic direction for a major organisational pillar that drives measurable, org-wide impact.
- Vertical Ownership: Take direct responsibility for the success of a major business vertical, translating executive vision into core metric impact.
- Elevate the Bar: Coach our Senior and Lead PMs and set the technology and product bar for your pillar.
