Staff Software Engineer: Distributed Systems Leader

Tech Ladies® is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Mendrisio, Switzerland, to join our engineering organization. You'll lead design and evolution of distributed systems for our OT/IoT cybersecurity platform, driving architecture decisions with a focus on scalability and performance.
