Opportunity Description
Scope:
This role is the technical lead and platform owner for ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD Pro).The Staff Software Engineer will lead architecture, implementation, integrations, and long-term ownership of HRSD while ensuring Workday remains the system of record and ServiceNow acts as the system of engagement for HR workflows and employee experience.This position requires hands-on HRSD implementation leadership, strong platform engineering skills, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant HR solutions at an enterprise level.What you'll do:
