Key responsibilities in your new role
Manage and oversee production team for day-to-day manufacturing or production operations. Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand. Involvement in improvement or continuous improvement project e.g. automation / project related works.
