Staff Test Equipment Engineer

**What You Will Do:**

+ Development of electromechanical equipment used for product testing, including proof of concept, system development (electromechanical and software), engineering prints, validation, and implementation
+ Identifies and implements safety/ergonomic and cycle time improvements within processes utilizing electromechanical equipment
+ Accountable for ensuring assigned processes and process changes are compliant and documented in accordance with Stryker procedures and applicable regulations
+ Develops and evaluates blueprints and engineering requirements of equipment to ensure sustainable repairability
+ Partners with global service operations, supply chain, engineering, and other groups to solve process issues to drive customer satisfaction
