Stakeholder Advisor – Auckland

We are seeking a customer-focused stakeholder and communications advisor to support stakeholder engagement and communication activities for our Transport & Infrastructure business across Auckland. The role involves face‑to‑face engagement, responding to public enquiries, and communicating with businesses, ratepayers, and residents about road maintenance and minor construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake key communications activities to meet contractual requirements.
• Minimise disruption caused by delivery through public communications and liaison with customers to achieve a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the contract period through the implementation of communication plans, achieving high levels of customer, stakeholder and client satisfaction.
