Role Overview
Playing Captain Role
The leader will manage an individual business target along with leading a team (Team is already hired)

Non-Playing Captain Role
The leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates.
Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite.
Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion.
Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and deeper wallet share.
