Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 Hours) We are currently seeking an experienced Static Mechanical Engineer (Multiskilled) to join a leading facilities management team at a prestigious site in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong building services experience to work within a professional maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plant and equipment across the site. Maintain HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, gas appliances, steam plant and associated building services equipment. Undertake refurbishment, installation and minor project works. Support statutory testing, inspections and compliance requirements. Carry out PAT testing where required....
