**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

Monitors, maintains and repairs the campus boiler system and associated plant equipment; also supervises Stationary Engineers and/or Maintenance Mechanics performing related work.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Performs stationary engineering activities to ensure the safe, continuous, and efficient operation of the campus boiler system and associated plant equipment including performing preventive maintenance on steam boilers, cooling tower, plant chillers, and associated equipment. Analyzes and treats water to main steam boilers and associated systems and equipment. Maintains preventive maintenance schedules. Supervises Stationary Engineers and/or Maintenance Mechanics performing related work. (55%)
