We seek a dynamic Steel Sales Manager to lead our sales expansion in Ghana. You’ll drive channel growth, manage high-performing teams, and acquire new clients to strengthen our market position in the steel/hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Channel Development: Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand market reach.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.

  • Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to onboard new customers and increase market share.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in steel/hardware sales management within Ghana;

  • Proven track record managing multi-regional operations (e.g., Greater Accra + other states).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams effectively.

  • Language:Fluency in English and local language. (written and verbal).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
