**Sterile Processing Shift Coordinator Responsibilities:**
+ • Responsible for all processing and sterilization activities inclusive of decontamination, preparation and packaging of instrumentation and sterilization for all items processed by the department.
+ • Responsible for following predetermined workflow, writing monthly schedules, planning daily assignments for assigned shift, and completing annual evaluations.
+ • Acts as preceptor, mentor and resource in support of department team members.
