• Checks and records arrivals, stock transfers, pending orders, and returns to suppliers.

• Maintains proper storage, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area to ensure a systematic flow of work.

• Ensures all merchandise, items, and equipment are kept and secured in their designated areas.

• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged before being transferred to the selling area.

• Prepares stock requisitions for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise in the selling area.

• Re-checks stocks to be delivered to different branches.

• Informs the Warehouse Supervisor of returns and damages.
