Function Pharmacy Facility Position Stock Controller | Pharmacy Introduction Consignment and Loan Stock process management
Requesting invoices from suppliers for consignment and loan stock utilised
Ensuring accurate and timeous charging of consignment and loan stock to patient accounts
Ensuring monthly physical counts of consignment stock with supplier representatives
Ensuring zero discrepancy between physical consignment stock and electronic stock systems
Ensuring consignment agreements are reviewed and signed annually or as required.
Reviewing and actioning GRIR, MIR6 and unrecorded liabilities
