IKEA Southampton are looking to welcome a Stock Inventory Assistant to join our passionate team. At IKEA, we call this a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.

You’ll be the go-to for tracking products, solving stock puzzles, and making sure everything’s in the right place at the right time. If you love staying organised, working with a supportive team, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role is packed with purpose and could be for you.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be 26 July 2026.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• Additional £2.25 per hour when working nightshift hours between 22:00pm and 06:00am.
• 20 hours a week, including 3 out of 4 weekends. Shifts will be between the hours of 04:00am and 08:00am.
