About the Role

The Stop Smoking Coach delivers group and one‑to‑one health and wellbeing services on the Stop Smoking team. The role is based mainly in remote delivery (four days a week from home) with one day a week on site at a clinic. Travel across Norfolk is required, so applicants must be local to Norfolk and possess a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intensive support for smokers and tobacco users using pharmacotherapies and behavioural support.
• Accurately record data and prioritise workload according to service needs.
• Deliver the ‘Reed Wellbeing’ programmes in an engaging manner that meets participants’ needs and learning styles.
• Create and maintain a constructive and confidential learning environment.
• Capture key metrics, monitor and record participants’ progress on weight management.
