Store Assistant

Role Overview

8 hours per week. The store is located in New Eltham and should be locally accessible for candidates. Stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, requiring flexibility for early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and recommend suitable products.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for benefits.
• Maintain high store standards and a positive workplace atmosphere.
