Job Description

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting in selecting the appropriate fragrance based on their needs.
• Explain product details (e.g., type of fragrance, scent notes, etc.).
• Promote fragrance products to increase sales.
• Recommend promotions or special offers.

Cleaning and Organization:

• Ensure that the fragrance displays are clean and tidy.
• Organize products on the shelves and ensure that stock is complete.
• Monitor and record fragrance stock levels.
• Report any shortages or out-of-stock products to the supervisor.
