Store Design Planning Manager- SEA

You are a university graduate with a degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

You have solid project management experience in a retail environment and can work in a complex and multicultural environment.

You possess strong relationships with landlords and a strong awareness of the real‑estate market.

You are fluent in English spoken and written; knowledge of another Asian language would be a plus.

• Lead the opening and renovation of boutiques, ensuring seamless execution from budget estimation to handover to the retail team, including planning, budgeting, administrative tasks, coordination, and quality checks.

  Build the project brief (including CAPEX estimation) and participate in the project kick‑off.

  Challenge drawings, plans, and mock‑ups to ensure boutique operations optimisation, client experience and contribute to development.
