- In charge of liaising with landlords, architects, contractors on maintenance and renovation for all boutique projects in the region
- Managing stakeholders by preparing monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of boutiques
- Coordinate with all internal cross-functional partners (Operations, Security, IT, etc.) to validate all project timelines are aligned, and team requirements and standards are incorporated into the project plan
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Architecture is preferred, degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent would also be considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience involving in retail store interior design project management; Experience in fashion, jewellery, FMCG, F&B brands or equivalent will be considered
- In house experience in retail brands is a must
