Role Overview
Our store managers play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering the Space Station service customers love. They support staff in their day‑to‑day roles and progression, maximise sales and profit targets, help customers with any need, and ensure all legal and company procedures are in place.
Salary: £40,566
Location: Hall Green
Working Hours
This full‑time role works 5 days out of 7, including some weekend and bank holiday work.
Qualifications
- Goal oriented, with a proven sales track record
- Thrives in a varied, team environment
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Good level of numeracy and people‑management experience
