Functions / Responsibilities: Customer Experience Demonstrate and ensure all associates project a positive attitude to customers by serving promptly, efficiently and courteously (Greet, Thank, Help). Enhance customer experience by recognizing and resolving conflict promptly such as queries or complaints. Enforce the “sunset rule” – today’s work today.
