Our client is a new luxury goods brand and they are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead retail operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer experiences, and managing a high-performing team while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Your new role
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labour requirements
Prepare sales reports and analyse performance to identify improvement opportunities
