STOREKEEPER, WAREHOUSE PHARMACY-1

General Description

The Senior Store Keeper is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and delivery of pharmaceutical products in compliance with the 7R principles (Right Product, Right Condition, Right Place, Right Time, Right Customer, Right Price). The role requires strict adherence to regulatory standards including ISO, NPRA, and GDP requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Handling
   • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and labeling of items according to delivery schedules.
   • Adhere to the 7R principles in all order fulfillment activities.
   • Verify and check expiry dates, batch numbers, and product conditions before dispatch.
   • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
   • Respond to customer complaints in the NCAS within 3 days.
