Opportunity Description
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the maintenance of a clinic's storeroom, including stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control, and related duties.
Responsibilities- Order, receive, inspect, return, unload, shelve, pack, label, price, deliver, and maintain a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient and order additional materials when necessary.
- Rotate stock and arrange for disposal of surpluses.
- Keep records to maintain inventory control, cost containment, and proper stock levels.
- Perform buying duties when required.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other issues.
