PURPOSE OF POSITION

• To process incoming deliveries for parts and materials and ensure that the associated paperwork and systems are applied in accordance with the company’s procedures.
• Assist with the supply of all demand to Project sites worldwide
• To carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Stock Control

• Ensure all stock transactions are processed on the system in real time.
• Ensure all documents are filed and are readily available.
• Locate & Re-Locate goods as appropriate, both physically & in the system.
