We are looking for a dedicated STP Operator to manage and monitor sewage treatment plant operations effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in STP processes, equipment handling, maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) equipment and processes Check water treatment processes and maintain logs and operational records accurately Perform regular maintenance and routine safety inspections Ensure smooth and efficient daily plant operations Follow pollution control norms and workplace safety standards strictly Maintain cleanliness and safety across the plant premises Prepare and submit reports on operational issues to management Monitor plant performance and identify operational improvements Requirements Experience: 12 years of relevant STP operations experience Languages: Tamil & English communication skills required Basic knowledge of sewage treatment and w...
