Opportunity Description

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to further develop our relationships with existing customers.

Role Overview

The Strategic Account Manager will focus on prospecting into both our existing customer base and some net new to uncover pipeline, drive sales cycles and close business, while developing, owning and executing against account success plans and working closely with internal teams such as Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, and Product to ensure overall expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with named accounts to develop and implement plans geared at maximizing expansion opportunities across all Tipalti products and ensuring a high bar of customer success
