Role & Responsibilities:
As part of the core sales team of Quantiphi, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for execution of the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiences
- Develop sales collaterals (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)
