What You’ll Do
The Strategic Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting key sales operations and client account activities. This role focuses on the systematic pursuit and growth of existing business opportunities, with a particular emphasis on customer retention, upselling, renewals, and account health monitoring. The role requires high-level coordination with technical, marketing, and business development teams, while handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Health-Check Coordination
