• Generates bids, negotiates for best price and issues sales agreement for scrap and asset sales
• Performs financial analysis, assesses asset fair market value (FMV) and the marketability of individual assets in comparison to removal costs, other expenses, asset type, location, timing, market conditions age and condition of assets, union issues, etc.
• Collaborates, negotiates, communicates, monitors and executes disposition plans with Business Units (i.e. asset stewards/operators) and Asset Recovery Governance Board (ARGB)
