We are looking for a new team member in the Office of Corporate Strategy to join our team of explorers and dreamers. You will act as a strategic co-pilot to our most senior leaders, translating our 2030 Long Range Plan into actionable, high-impact initiatives. This is a role for a strategic operator-someone who can navigate the 30,000-foot vision but isn't afraid to dive deep into the data to solve our most complex business challenges.
Your Mission
• Drive the Long Range Plan: Own and lead cross-functional strategic projects that define the future of On. You will be the architect of high-stakes initiatives across Product, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring they align with our global growth targets.
• Independent Strategic Analysis: Perform rigorous, end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will identify market white spaces, evaluate new business models, and provide the data-backed conviction needed to make big bet decisions.
