Opportunity Description
As the Strategic Customer Insights Specialist, you will own end to end delivery of allocated strategic customer growth opportunities for CRG and the brands by conducting analysis, collaborating cross-functionally and interpreting the results. Being an expert in CRG’s customer segmentation, you will create clear, actionable recommendations with implementation plans. Additionally, you will coach, mentor and informally manage more junior team members.
How You Will Contribute
- Own the end-to-end delivery of allocated strategic customer growth opportunities - frame the problem, form a hypothesis, conduct the analysis, collaborate cross-functionally, interpret the results, estimate the size of prize in commercial terms and culminate in clear, actionable recommendations to brands for the opportunity
