Strategic Customer Success Leader, South America

Aerobotics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the success of fruit producers in South America. This role is pivotal in facilitating the use of our TrueFruit technology, thereby maximizing ROI through AI-driven insights.

You'll build and maintain relationships with customers, guide them in utilizing our technology, and manage onboarding processes. Ideal candidates are located in Santiago or surrounding areas, with a strong background in customer success and fluency in English and Spanish.
