Strategic Employee Relations Partner & HRIS Champion

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor for employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.

You will provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include managing the HRIS platform and supporting HR policies and initiatives.
