Strategic Finance Analyst – O2C & Revenue Analyst

We have several manual processes that have exceeded our team’s capacity, particularly around month-end ARR close and Investor Relations consensus tracking and reporting. We are looking for a dedicated resource to support these recurring workflows, ensure accuracy, and flag issues in a timely manner.

Scope:

• Support month-end close process focused on ARR reporting and variance analysis
• Work with Bookings_daily as the source of truth for ARR pipeline and apply ARR definitions across systems (Salesforce, Stripe, Product Admin)
• Assist in Investor Relations consensus tracking and reporting using Pigment
• Support weekly close reviews, maintain variance trackers, and escalate issues or discrepancies as needed
• Provide ad hoc support in resolving data issues and ensuring reporting accuracy
