About the opportunity

A well-capitalised, asset-heavy real estate platform backed by institutional private equity is building out its strategic finance capability across its Asia Pacific markets. This is a Singapore-based seat created to bring genuine forward-looking finance into a business that has grown quickly and now wants sharper decision support behind the numbers. You would join a small, high-calibre strategic finance team that sits close to pricing and data analytics, in a data-driven operating rhythm, with direct and regular exposure to senior leadership.

The role

This is not a month-end-and-variance seat. You would own the monthly P&L across multiple markets, consolidate it, and turn it into the one insight leadership actually needs — the kind of read that spots a revenue dip in one market, traces it to the real driver, and starts the right cross-functional conversation.
