A well-capitalised, asset-heavy real estate platform backed by institutional private equity is building out its strategic finance capability across its Asia Pacific markets. This is a Singapore-based seat created to bring genuine forward‑looking finance into a business that has grown quickly and now wants sharper decision support behind the numbers. You would join a small, high‑calibre strategic finance team that sits close to pricing and data analytics, in a data‑driven operating rhythm, with direct and regular exposure to senior leadership.

The role

This is not a month‑end‑and‑variance seat.
