Strategic Finance, Legal & Compliance Director

Digital Edge Data Center is looking for a Finance, Legal & Regulatory Director to ensure governance and compliance in the Philippines operations. You will lead financial performance reviews, manage regulatory compliance, and support negotiations on contracts.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and a Juris Doctor, with at least 10–15 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills are essential to mentor and guide the finance team in a fast-paced environment.
