Permanent Key Responsibilities Strategic HR & Business Partnering Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements
Partner with senior management and project teams on manpower planning and workforce optimisation
Drive organisational development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity
Recruitment & Manpower Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for both
white-collar and blue-collar workforce
Work closely with project/site teams to forecast manpower needs
Manage recruitment agencies and foreign worker sourcing
Oversee onboarding and workforce integration
Employee Relations & Site Workforce Management Manage employee relations, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution
